Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest while wearing a light shirt.
Shoulder: Measure from one shoulder edge to the other across your back.
Back Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem of the vest.

Select the vest size that matches your body chest measurement.
If you plan to wear the vest over a thick shirt or sweater, choose one size larger.
